Saturday Torah Study continues during Rabbi Dan’s sabbatical at 9:00 am in the Social Hall before each Shabbat morning service. In February Haya Kinberg will share interesting insights about the week’s Torah portion, using the theme “Torah Times.” Bring your ideas to share, and hear what others are thinking, too!

At College of Idaho in February, March & April:
  • Teaching the Holocaust—six sessions at C of I in Caldwell, taught by Dr. Federica Francesconi, Assistant Professor of Judaic Studies and History and the Howard Berger-Ray Neilsen Chair in Judaic Studies. This is an educational series for teachers and for the general public about methods of teaching about the Holocaust, why we should teach the Holocaust, approaches to this subject matter, resources for class planning, and literature on the subject.
